Our fragrances are designed to be enjoyed by everyone. Rather than focusing on gender, we create scents inspired by emotions, memories, and personal style.
What is the concentration of your perfumes?
All Rita d’Or fragrances are Extrait de Parfum, offering a rich scent experience with excellent longevity.
How long do your perfumes last?
Our fragrances are crafted to provide long-lasting performance. Longevity may vary depending on skin type, climate, and application, but most customers can expect 8–12+ hours of wear.
What size are your bottles?
All Rita d’Or fragrances are available in 50 ml bottles.
Where are your perfumes made?
Every Rita d’Or fragrance is handcrafted in Toronto, Canada using carefully selected ingredients.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We currently ship throughout Canada.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Canada. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a Flat Rate Shipping of CAD $15 across Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.
Can I return or exchange my perfume?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We’ll review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.

Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are made with high-quality fragrance ingredients. However, individual skin sensitivities may vary.

To preserve your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Do your fragrances contain natural ingredients?
Our perfumes are carefully crafted using a blend of premium fragrance ingredients to achieve the desired scent profile and performance.
Do you offer samples or a Discovery Set?
Not at the moment. However, we are working on expanding the Rita d’Or collection and hope to introduce a Discovery Set and fragrance samples in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
